Self Driven Car Rental

Document Required :

1. Valid Passport or Identity Card

2. Valid International Driving License or an acceptable
overseas license for over 2 years

3. Credit Card （Visa / Master / American Express / Diners
Club)

4. If renter will stay for more than 14 days, a registration will
have to be obtained from the Traffic Department

Renter must be:

1. Minimum 21 years old for hiring Toyota Corolla、
Kia Carens、Kia Sportage

2. Minimum 25 years old for hiring Smart Car 、Toyota
Camry、BMW X3、 Benz E240、i-Miev Environmental Car

Additional Driver:

Additional driver is accepted with a surcharge of $20 per person per day, and the maximum charges is $200

Deposit :

Must be held by credit card and at least MOP$3000

Payment Method:

1.Cash ( MOP / HKD )

2.Credit Card（Visa / Master / American Express / Diners Club)

Pick up time :

Renter should collect the car at the confirmed time. If an alternate pick up time is required, please inform AVIS MACAU, otherwise, car type cannot be guaranteed. (In normal circumstances, AVIS MACAU will hold the car for collection not more than 1 hour)

Rental Period :

Daily rates are based on 24 hours periods；

All rates include unlimited mileage；

All rentals are subject to terms and conditions of the rental agreement；

Renter is liable for cost of replacement car or parts of it if the car is stolen.

Extension of Rental :

Should an extension of the rental is required, the renter must inform AVIS immediate so insurance coverage can be extended accordingly. Extension will not be allowed without prior notice to AVIS. (And such extension will be approved subject to availability)

Gasoline :

A full tank of gasoline is provided on rental, and must be refilled at renter's expense upon return. Otherwise we will charge
for a appropriate gasoline charge PLUS a refueling service charge at Mop $50.

Insurance :

Rates include the Third Party Insurance. In case of accident ,the renter is still liable to pay for the cost of damages not exceeding the Maximum Liability set for each car group.

CDW :

Renter is liable for all damages to the car. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver , applies to damage caused by collision
ONLY ) can be purchased to reduce the maximum liability . Details are available upon request.

Important Note :

In the event of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident scene and an accident & alcohol report must
be obtained from the nearest police station, failure to do so will render all insurances void. Should it be found that the
renter / driver driving whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the renter will be fully responsible for the damages and
for the losses of third parties both financially and legally. In case of the theft of the vehicle, the renter must report to the
nearest police station. Moreover, nearest AVIS office should be informed for the accident or theft of the vehicle.

Special Equipment:

Special equipment such as child seats is available for rental. Details are available upon request.

Cancellation and No Show Penalty :

A. During peak season (such as Grand Prix, Christmas, etc).

One(1) day rental charge will be applied when :

- cancellation is made less than five (5) days before pick up ; or

- No show

B. Normal period

50% of ONE (1) day rental charge will be applied when :

- cancellation is made less than 24 hours before pick up; or

- NO SHOWS.

Avis reserves the right to refuse to rent. All rentals are subject to the full Avis Terms and Conditions, which are detailed at the back of the Rental Agreement and should be read at the time of rental.

Chauffeur Driven Service - Hourly Rental

1. Minimum of two (2) hours use .

2. Surcharge of 50% for service between 24:00 to 08:00.

3. If the same (group of) guest(s) is/are not use the service
    continuously, the interval between different period(s) must be
    over 2 hours. Otherwise hourly charge will applied at
    continuous basis.

Chauffeur Driven Service - Transfer

1. Any transfer service with a waiting time of more than 15
minutes will be charged as hourly rate .

2. Waiting time for over 30 minutes and without any further
    instruction from guest, the service will be charged for “No
    show”, so 1 hourly change will be applied. If the waiting
     time is over 45 minutes, it will be charged as hourly rental
     ( min 2 hours ).

3. During a transfer, if one or more stops are added it will be
charged as hourly rental and min. of 2 hours.

4. There will be a mid-night surcharge of $400 for transfer
service between 00:00-07:59

Cancellation Penalty :

1. For cancellation less than 5 hours before the service and for
NO SHOWS, 1 hour standard rate charges will be applied.

2. In normal circumstances, cancellation made before 24 hours
will not be charged, unless otherwise stated.
